One of the most promising culinary efforts of recent times has been my sterling efforts with vegan eggs (or "veggs" as they're known in the industry).

There are many ways to manipulate this versatile food group - They can be poached, or errrrrrr… there's probably other ways, I don't know - I'm not bloody Chef Boyardee, like.
